Woodcrest is a great little course bordering Chittenango and Cazenovia. It's relatively new, only having been built in the 90's, so tree growth and some of the holes are still being shaped as time goes on.
Maintenance does a nice job here - the course is always in good shape and the greens are fantastic, as they should be. My only complaint about the course is that the holes can feel a bit on top of each other, and it is a heavily played public course - so you may be playing dodgeball or waiting for someone to hit off of your fairway back onto theirs.
Rates are reasonable - $20 or so for 9 and a cart.
