We were only here a few days, so I can't grade it too much.
The golfing was nice. the people seemed friendly, but a lot of them kept to themselves. Certainly not as friendly as some other clubs, but nice enough.
The warmth and sunshine is a plus for sure.
I DO live here seasonally (unlike a previous poster) and it's great. What's not to like?: year-round sunshine and blue skies, proximity to beaches, shopping, restaurants, galleries, entertainment venues, etc. Wildcat Run has a new fitness center, great golf course, several tennis courts (both golf and tennis have pros on staff and shops that stock clothing, supplies, etc.), casual as well as more formal restaurants and friendly people. I don't see a whole lot of plastic surgery here (that would be in Naples), but then maybe I don't know what to look for (sorry, Lauren).
I want to live here and dine at the posh country club amongst plastic surgery frequenters. That is all.
