First and foremost they take cash or personal checks only. I had never been there before and had no idea, but they do have an ATM in the restaurant next door. The lady working the counter at the course ended up knocking off $4 to cover the ATM fee which was nice of her. Unexpected and unnecessary, but nice.
As far as the course goes it is nine holes and is perfect for beginners as there are no hazards to deal with and everything was a straight shot for the most part. With the exception of the first two holes which are Par 4's the rest of the course are Par 3 holes.
The fairways were in decent shape, but what prevented me from giving this rating a higher mark were the greens. They were really beat up to the point that big chunks were missing leaving only dirt patches and many other spots of the grass were just completely dead.
I am just starting out in this game, so I am fine looking past the imperfections and will continue to golf there as I hone my skills. The staff was super friendly which takes a higher precedence over the greens being sub-PAR (pun intended).
