Ive Played Timber many times. Love this course and is always very clean and the staff have been great. I live about 2 miles from the place and it is very convenient. The fairways are always great, true greens, and all out nice. The lay out with 3 9 hole courses is great and great. My only con is the bunkers need to be maintained. It is like hitting out of concrete and lumpy, rocky sand, and the cart girl can be a little slow to coming around. . All in All... Its a very nice place to enjoy a round of golf.
Great course with 3 9's. Friendly staff at the pro shop. Highly recommended.
A well designed 27 hole golf course that is both beautiful and challenging.
As a golfer, there is a short list of things you need, and this place fulfilled all of these. Fast greens running true, blind holes that brings out the fight or flight mode, All sorts of eye deceiving layouts, and ofcourse beautiful cart girls.
Fantastic conditions all year around, lots of difficult holes, lots of variety in the layout.
Definition of "Obsession with Golf"- For my third wish genie, move Timber Creek closer to South West side of town.
Its a solid four stars. 3 separate 9 hole courses, each a little different and offering challenges.
Tee boxes 8/10
The fairways are 8.5/10
Greens are 8.5/ 10
Bunkers 5/10, they are consistent, but too may small rocks
better than most practice facility, reasonable cost and helpful staff.
Played here 2/25 (Saturday). Had a special $39 with cart pretty decent discount from regular price $65 or so. There were four of us. GPS in the carts were measuring different than what was listed on the course on some of the holes. The greens were in good condition. The fairways were pretty decent. Bunkers were in decent shape. The pace of play was another story, way too many people even for it raining a bit. Lost a few golf balls what's new. Liked the course will be back.
