The Links Course At Paso Robles

  3 Reviews

Keeping in mind that this is the cheaper golf course in the area and is far from a resort course, the roughness seems to be about right for the price and convenience of usually not needing a reservation.  We're also in a drought.  That's why it may feel a little like a desert or wasteland in spots. They've been working on repairing things now that it has new ownership, like taking out old shrubs which makes it easier to play, but I'd like to see the pot holes in the golf cart path filled in and I don't think it's too much to ask for the little things like towels at the ball cleaning station, which they never seem to have.
Yes, it's dry, but all-in-all it works if you're focused on some fun and not about being one point less than your average.

Unique Links style course.  If you enjoy being able to hit your driver off the tee this is the course.  You don't have to layup on any hole.  I hit driver on all 13 holes that aren't par 3's.  Fun course great value.
