I would highly recommend Skymeadow Country Club as a wedding venue. My husband and I had an interfaith, intercultural wedding, so we had a lot of specific requirements for food, certain cultural traditions, etc. - not your traditional civil or Catholic ceremony, and festivities that lasted the whole day. Lynn McGowan, our wedding coordinator at Skymeadow, was absolutely awesome in helping accommodate all of our needs for both the ceremony and reception (we booked the place for an entire Saturday). She let us visit the venue many, many times, and was always accessible and very prompt at answering all of our questions. She was also extremely flexible and made the venue and vendors fit to our needs - not the other way around. She also took care of coordinating with all of the major vendors (especially the caterer), which was a huge relief for us on our wedding day. Our whole day went off without any major problems, and we definitely would've have been able to do it without Lynn! I'd highly recommend Skymeadow, and Lynn, as a wedding venue.
Had a reuben sandwich at the grill room for lunch a few years back. Nice and classy!
I was there Saturday night for a wedding.
It's a gated drive up with a friendly security guard.
The staff was fun and friendly dispute a monsoon rainstorm!
For a young ( looked like 20 something ) staff, they were very conscientious.
Italian wedding soup, Caesar sald and perhaps the BEST filet mignon I have ever had at a wedding.
I'm not sure about cost as I was a guest, but it was an awesome experience.
Played here last week the day before they aerated the greens. It's in spectacular condition. The course is carved into the highest peak in Nashua and also through the rolling hills surrounding it. Very challenging course, but also very friendly for all ranges of handicaps. The service from the minute you pull through the security gate till the end of the day driving home was second to none in the area. I would play here again in a heartbeat, and hope fully my friend invites me back soon.
The place used to be really nice but has hit the skids the past couple years. For a private club the course conditions were a lacking. The food in the clubhouse is mediocre and way overpriced. In Nashua there are only 2 private golf options and I guess this is the lesser of 2 evils.
