I went for a corporate sponsored happy hour. Limited selection of beer, and I can't speak as to the prices (was comped... yeah, I know people) but the service staff was spot on. They were not noticeable, but always seemed to be there with more appetizers, fresh drinks and more water. well done.
Maybe one day I'll go play 18 holes.
What a beautiful country club and setting. Of course, what's not to love about Spring in the wine country and a golf course is going to be perfectly manicured, so it was awesome to gaze out on the greens and fairways! Great cocktail service, yummy little appetizers and it was a great place to spend time with fellow associates, especially since the boss was picking up the tab and is a member at the club!
We were guests at a recent wedding and honestly, everything was perfect! The ceremony on the golf course was picture perfect, decor was lovely, every bit of the food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable!
Two (minor) suggestions to management: 1.) During cocktail hour, please do not have the wait staff clear the cocktails from tables. Many guests were upset to discover that their cocktails had been cleared away after leaving it for five minutes to enjoy a bite of cheese and cracker and/or visit the restroom. 2.) After completing our meal in the dining room, the wait staff was no where to be seen for at least a half hour and guests were left to look at their dirty meal plates. We were told that the reason for this was that the waitstaff was breaking down the buffet. Priority?
Wine glasses were part of the place setting, however, wine was not served or offered at the table. In addition, coffee was not off erred after the meal.
Beautiful country club. Unfortunately we weren't in town to golf but we did enjoy the club and amenities. The staff was very polite and everything was nicely decorated.
