Never will go back again and will never recommend this place anyone.  Probably the worst customer service and unaccommodating staff there is.  I purchased a CBS deal and didn't have the voucher with me.  The lady in the pro shop told me I needed it and she couldn't check me in without it, even though she had the book with the listings in front of her of who purchased the vouchers.  I asked if I could print it from the computer in the pro shop seeing there was a printer, or email it to the email address on their website when I got home, even attempted to show it to her on my smart phone for confirmation....

She told me they didn't have the internet with a smile and showed me a paper voucher.  No internet?? Even though they have an email address and cable in the next room.  Then she graciously said we could still play but had to pay full price without the voucher at $52 each.  Then "helpfully recommended" that I drive 8 miles to a Staples in Brocton, and that I may be able to print the voucher there.  She also kindly reminded me of the confirmed time and we needed to be there or we'd be charged.  This was a half hour before we tee'd off and I live about a half hour away so going home wasn't an option.  This course just lost a reoccurring customer along with gaining extremely poor recommendations.  I really don't know how they'll keep people coming back with service like this.

The course itself was in horrible condition.  Extremely dry greens that wouldn't hold a shot anywhere, lots of dead spots, tee boxes battered and bruised.  Needed to hit 10ft in front of the greens and still hoped the ball didn't roll off the back.  On top of the fact my day was tarnished by the excellent help in the pro shop and the full sprint to the Staples in Brocton prior to starting the round.

Place sucks!!!!!! Try to charge people if the rest of their party doesn't show. Pretty sure that's illegal. Ball cleaners are disgusting. I had to spit on my ball because I wouldn't go near one of only 4 cleaners. The course itself could use some well needed maintenance. Lack of management, sad to say. We did also wait a long time for people to shoot. Over 5 hours here. Move it along, people!!!

Hey management... FIRE your starter and the older aged woman at the pro shop!!!! Rude and ruder! These people need hospitality 101 training. I don't understand why they are rude. Calling for a tee time felt like I was bothering the woman. The starter, as folks mentioned, is a miserable human being. Would give it 1 star, but overall the course is in decent shape and has some interesting holes. I only play here cuz of the 98.5 deal, else I never would!

Pretty much zero chance I ever give this place my business again. Played here at 9:30a on 7/12, drive up to the starter and give him a friendly "Hey good morning how are you?". His response, "Better than you". Not a hint of sarcasm / smile / laugh from this miserable scumbag either. Just an A-hole, as other reviewers have already pointed out.

I called the course after to complain and the woman at the pro shop was nice enough but offered no concessions at all even when I basically said I'd never play there again.  "Sorry to hear that I'll be sure to pass it on". Sweet course, nope.

Course is usually slow, and the layout has you ducking for your life at least 3-4 times per round. Place sucks. See ya never

Great job by the crew there helping us with our tournament.  We've been there for 11 or 12 years now and they do a great job.  Can't say enough about the job they do here with charity tournaments.  A+
