Played here again and was not disappointed.
A fellow golfer commented that the place really was not that difficult - he then went on to shoot somewhere North of the century mark.
It really is amazing how the ocean can affect the weather for the course and yesterday was a prime example. 10 miles away it was sunny and 72 degrees. At the course it was 62 degrees and socked in with fog. Amazing. And that fog created dense air which resulted in a 1-2 club difference. Wow.
Again, Don Ross showed how ahead of his time that he truly was. Incredibly well placed bunkers caught the well-hit, slightly errant tee ball.
This course is just a joy to play.
