Okay..... the clubhouse is beautiful, the golf course looked to be in great shape, but we were there for a "nice" dinner as a leadership team. We were basically the only people in the restaurant and they managed to bring out different menus for the group, which caused  a missed order, which took 20 minutes to correct. When the food arrived, it was middle of the road but on the high-end for price. I would have been very disappointed had I paid for the dinner or been the one who planned the event. I would however like to return to play the course and write a review on it :)

What a beautiful paradise found right here in NWA. My husband and I not only enjoy dining at the Country Club, but also enjoy the beautiful grounds of the premier golf course. Everyone has been so friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible. Sunday brunch is a bit pricey but worth the experience. :)

To begin with, the staff here has nicknamed corporate employees of Wal-Mart and surrounding vendors as "Wal-Martians." Every design choice in this place is closer to an old Holiday Inn than a luxury country club. The carpet is dirty and old. The tables and chairs are old and the entire club house smells like a moldy old restaurant. According to the membership director, this is due to the owner'a ambivalent attitude toward the members. One only has to eat close enough to the kitchen to hear the service staff arguing about shifts, standing around and complaining about the director of food services. This includes the director who reprimands the staff in front of members... Just after meeting to sign up for membership, we were followed in our car by a security guard. My partner and I were driving a nice car and had not done anything to warrant this. He pulled in front of us to stop us and proceeded to insult us and demand that we show our membership sticker.. Obviously we had yet to receive that because we were new members. Immediately we called the membership director, who said that the security guys were backwards , "Barney Fife motherfuckers." She made it clear that they better not mess up her monthly quota. Next
Step, a few days later, was to pick up our car sticker granting access through the gates. We were told to park by the security gate and pick it up, which we did. Apparently, we parked in the wrong spot!! Before I had time to enter the shack, an irate security officer jumped in front of me and began screaming and ranting. I was shocked. Turns out I had parked in his spot. The scene was humiliating. This treatment persisted throughout our time as members. While members, the membership director told us personal financial information about a prominent realtor who had been sent to collections. I was told that the staff keeps
an eye on a table of men who have been members for many years. According to the membership director, they are targets for the staff to request favors. This exploitation of the members is disturbing. I was also informed that a tennis instructor frequently goes to the homes of women in the club and was told that those same women sit in the pool house drinking and doing cocaine all day. This was all very disturbing.... It gets worse! Apparently, the owner of the club comes in from time to time and gives the command to send anyone late on dues to collections, regardless of how late they are or who they are. This happened to us. It was incredibly awkward and surprising, and I was lied to by the controller and bookkeeper. In a terrible Turn of fate, we bought a boat that was in an expensive slip at a dock on the lake. A few months after all this happened, we got a call from a business associate who knows Toni, the director of membership at the country club. She had told her friends on the dock that our club account had been sent to collections and gave other financial Information that only she had access to. Her friend is frequently drunk and shared this information with a group of people with whom our boat sits next to on a private boat dock. In fact, Toni's boat sits right next to ours, which I would find out in a horrible way. I made a formal compliant to the attorney general about Pinnacle Country Club... PCC denied everything I told the officials. About 2 weeks ago, I walked onto the dock where my boat is housed and for the first time, it was full of Toni Luetjen's friends... The same friends she spread the rumors to. I wanted to drop all of the senseless drama, so while
I was listening to Toni's friend go on a rampage about our country club issues(now several months have passed) I sent Toni a message stating that she had one chance to quiet her friend before I reported her again. She responded, instructing me to come talk to her. I came out to talk to her, at which point Toni's husband launched at me off of their boat and physically assaulted me! Then her friends attacked me for reporting her, "messing with her job for a country club thing" ... It was a mob scene!! thankfully, I turned my video camera on at this point. Her husband continued to Push me (physically) and I came inches away from being pushed into the water. According to them, I should have kept my mouth shut. Furthermore, they were appalled that I was with my "boyfriend" in their dock... I've been married to this person for 5 years in a different state. Toni can be seen on my video staring at me while her husband and friends attack me. I called out To her and she just glared at me. DO NOT believe that your confidential information will be kept confidential here. From the owner down, the culture of the club is one of exploitation of members. The membership director will say anything for a sale, so be sure to take her word with a grain of salt. The Club's manager, owner, lawyer, collection department and bookkeeper are all aware of everything I've stated here. They deny it all, despite the irrefutable proof I have.

One of the best golf courses in the area. Beautiful landscaping and gorgeous houses line the course from hole 1 through 18. Call in your order when approaching the turn to guarantee the meal /drinks are waiting for you upon your approach.
