We played at the course on a dry day. The greens were challenging the course was in great shape each hole was different. We didn't have any problems with pace of play. overall the course was very enjoyable. I really want to give a big thank you to the pro shop for mailing my extra battery pack to me. I had lost the battery pack on the course. Because of the great course conditions and great customer service, I will be coming back!
I played a weekday 1:30 start. Course is well taken care of. Nice to walk or cart. Fairways and greens are nice. Sixth hole is not very well laid out as you are OB anywhere to the left??? The facilities were understaffed but the staff that were working are friendly and try to accommodate. I will play again but I hope to try the 'junk' for a beer at the turn or the patio after for snacks. Both were closed on a mid July afternoon.
Today I played 36 holes on a day with all weather conditions, from windy rain to sunny and calm. I found a course that is shockingly dry considering the very wet weather of the last 6 weeks. The greens were in excellent condition, easily better than any others in the lower mainland. In fact, most courses don't have greens rolling this purely in mid-season.
They haven't made much headway developing any amenities here but, the course itself is, by far, in the best condition of any course in the Fraser Valley. Their practice green and chipping green are also top quality.
Pagoda Ridge has taken early season conditioning to a new level. They have spent a lot of money and time on this course and it shows. An excellent experience on a fun, playable course.
