I was lucky enough to eat at the outdoor barbecue this week and it was nicely done. The staff is family friendly. The newly refinished club house was gorgeous and the views of the back side of the Catalinas is unique.
Dinner starts with a build your own salad bar with nice choices. The entree choices were prepared well, I had ribs which were good, the chicken was twice cooked and on the verge of being dry so would avoid that, the kielbasa and beef brisket were declared good by the others at the table. With dinner is a potato bar, steamed vegetables and baked beans. For dessert, cookies, brownies, ice cream and cobbler of the night. The choices may be simple but well done.
