I'm hesitant to review this course, as it is never hard to get on the course. I do realize though that if it is stays empty, it probably won't stay open.
This is the closest course to my parents' lake house. It was originally Peacock Ridge, which was then sold and has now become North Forty. It is unbelievably cheap. When it was Peacock Ridge it definitely had maintenance issues, but they are now clearly working harder to maintain it properly. The greens are in much better shape now, and most of the fairways are good as well.
The biggest downside is they currently don't have a liquor license to serve on the course. They do have one for the clubhouse though.
I really hope this one survives.
