NVCC is an AMAZING place to host a wedding. From start to finish Don Guinn (Food and Beverage Manager) and the entire NVCC staff gave us an exemplary wedding! Our family and friends continue to tell us that our wedding was "the best" and "a perfect evening/event." The staff was outstanding, the food super delicious, the venue (ceremony & reception) beautiful & breathtaking. We worked with Don over the course of our engagement to plan great details into our wedding day including a cigar bar & sparkler exit! Don was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, supportive, and efficient. The day of our wedding ran smoothly under Don's attentive direction and leadership. He has a great list of preferred/ recommended vendors (we used the list to book our DJ and photographer/videographer) but NVCC allows you to choose any vendors you want. If we had to redo our wonderful wedding, I would not change one detail about the venue and staff. They made our wedding exceptional!! We will always be grateful to Don Guinn and the NVCC staff for our amazing wedding.
2 different 9 hole golf courses. The front nine was built back in 1917 and features a tight tree lined experience with small greens. The back 9 opens up a bit and provides some great elevation changes and hillside target golf. Both a lot of fun to play
I just got married at NVCC and it could not have been more perfect! Don the wedding consultant was a pleasure to work with and he worked hard to make our day perfect. The day of the staff were impeccable! The wait staff were very kind and never missed a beat. In addition the food was delicious! It's a gorgeous location with a beautiful view. I HIGHLY recommended looking into having your wedding there!
I just attended my 20 year class reunion here. What a lovely place. The bar was fantastic, and the drinks were very well made. We had a buffett with passed appetizers for the event, and the passed apps were delish! I loved the smoked salmon and the deep fried goat cheese, G loved the blue cheese with nuts on endive.
The pasta and meat station at the dinner part of the event were both very well done, the scallop pasta was by far my favorite. The one thing I didn't love was the sushi bar they put out as appetizers, with everything else being so high quality, the sushi tasted more like grocery store bought.
Look forward to coming again.
The NVCC club house is the happiest place on earth. The Bar Star, Ashley Kirkpatrick thoroughly entertains me while feeding me the most delicious champagne and french fries.
