So why write a review on one of the most exclusive private golf country clubs in the nation?
This is one of the nicest courses I've ever played. The Canadian King of Scotch invited me out for a couple of rounds. This is a little slice of golf heaven in Palm Springs. The course is lush, and in fabulous shape. Greens were rolling fast but fair.
This club has a very friendly feel, like the show "Cheers." The clubhouse is lavish but nicely appointed.
The food is fantastic! Their lobster roll is to die for! Best I've had on the left coast: fresh, meaty and the roll is nicely buttered.
They also offer a southern fried chicken that takes days to prepare.
If you ever get an invitation play the course or visit the club for a meal, you should accept without hesitation.
