My Mom bought a place in here And it's amazing The views from her patio it's so surreal The grounds are meticulously taken care of. The pool by her unit is heated and quite large and very relaxing All in all a very nice place
What a spectacular setting overlooking the mountains & gold course. Outdoor & indoor dining available. Great selection of lunch items from salads to my absolute favorite, seafood cocktail.
An Oasis in the desert ! Once you pass through the gates, the lush landscaping, flowers and such make it one of my favorite spots in the area.
The lakes is a lovely gated tennis/golf community @ which my in laws live. My urban San Francisco hackles raise as I think about the wealth here. As I settle in however, the beautiful grounds, slow pace, the lake views and palm trees soften me until I admit it is a good life If you can afford it, or stay for free like Logan and I do. The grill Cafe downstairs overlooks the golf course and serves good basic lunch foods. Sadly the previous chef and his tarragon vinaigrette is gone but the seafood cobb sufficed well enough. Server and apparently now member of the family Rosemary is great to have assist you. There's a mild dress code so no spaghetti straps or bare midriffs please. Look for a local roadrunner that comes by or just watch all the tanned white folks drive by in their golf course. Oh, have Becca or vice grip Stan give you their quality massage. It's the good life at the lakes, for a select few well off people.
The restaurant is called tghe Santa fe Grill I believe - It's in the golf course clubhouse. We were guests here for a few days and ate at the restaurant. The food was nicely presented. I had the portobello sandwich. It was perhaps a little small for $12. The sweet potato fries were good. The decor and ambience are club like - comfortable and cozy.
