Went and played another 18 holes here and had a great time!
The greens were still decent.
The staff was super nice!
I will master this course one day! :-)
We will keep going back here for Sunday Funday!
Great staff....well maintained and at a decent price. Good value, unless you dont like trees!
After a 17 year hiatus from golf, I returned to Kennedy yesterday. This was the last course I played before I quit golf.
This course was nice in 1994, but it is even prettier now. Called on Sunday morning to find a tee time in the afternoon, and was told that I could pretty much pick the time I wanted. Excellent! Played 18 with a fellow Yelper. We got rained on for a short time at the turn, but two beers later, and we were on the back nine.
This is a true Denver gem.
This was my first round of golf in Denver. I had not shipped my clubs yet, and was a bit apprehensive about renting. Needless to say that was wasted time spent worrying. I played 9 holes with a cart, club rental, and pre-round range bucket for around $36 (I am still convinced they forgot to charge me for one of the above things).
The rental clubs were good, and they even went in the back to find me another iron that I requested be part of my set.
Take some of those extra balls out of your bag, replace them with a few beers in a bag of ice and have a good time.
JKF is a great public course, they take really good care of it. Around $50 to ride and play 18 on the weekends but worth it. Challenging course but not too hard. Bring an extra sleeve of balls though.
They have three 9 hole courses to play and a par 3 course. Also they have putt putt and a driving range.
