The course is a bit of a hodgepodge layout, but usually in good condition. I do not think it warrants the green fees. But the best part of this course is the club house and food. That is superior!!! Golf??? soso....
This is an absolutely beautiful country club! We recently were treated for Sunday Country Brunch by a friend and had a wonderful experience! Guests are seated in an inviting mountain decor grille room with glass doors leading to an outside patio area. We were immediately greeted by friendly wait staff and offered something to drink and were told about the brunch buffet. The buffet is set up in an adjoining room normally used as a bar area with high tables. I chose eggs Benedict, country style potatoes, bacon, and a small waffle. One could also choose sausage gravy biscuits, omelettes made to order, fresh fruit, bacon/sausage, and cherry blintzes.
The Eggs Benedict was a bit unique in that the egg rested on a biscuit instead of an English muffin, but it was still very good. I had a cherry blintz for dessert, and it was delish as well! Our waiter was very attentive serving coffee and water without being overbearing.
Our experience was wonderful, and if we join the club, I know we will be coming back for brunch!
This golf course is very cool. Absolutely gorgeous. I went as a beginner and had a tough time but the scenery was beautiful. It was so nice being in a cooler climate compared to Phoenix. On the pricey side as well but worth it.
The snack shack has really great sandwiches and bloody marys-- do not miss out on this after the 9th hole. Got it?
