For the green fee... You can't beat it. The best course in the area for under $50. Don't expect the Grand Bear, but your not paying Grand Bear prices.
I've played a couple of rounds of golf here over the years with friends who have invited me along. Some holes on the course resemble those on a proper golf course while others merely resemble a flat piece of pasture. Course is in a neighborhood, so many of the holes are extremely tight. Several short par 4 holes that are easy to drive the green if you don't have much bend to your shot.
-Challenging course even for good golfers
-Very inexpensive green fee
-No driving range
