Great Southwest Golf Club

  1 Reviews

Spent 9 hours and 36 holes here this weekend and had a GREAT time!  The greens are borderline novelty hard, contributing to a steeeeep slope of 135.  Still, the course is laid out well and has plenty of interesting twists and turns.  The snack shack, importantly, is centrally located and you pass it 3 times throughout the round, allowing you ample opportunity to consume $2.50 Shiner Bocks.  The burgers we had between rounds were substantial and the onion rings were well cooked.  A great course!
