Played the Club tees (54.1/84/3006) in 2.5H with 140ver. 95, calm and clear when we were finishing about 10:30.

This Schmidy/Curley design is an excellent par 3 course. Plenty of desert scape, huge sand traps & water hazards to keep things interesting. You have to also navigate the huge, undulating greens.

Picture an above average desert course, except instead of playing four or five par 3's, you are playing 18 of them to visualize this place. The par 3's range from 122 to 223 from the back tees and all are representative of what you may find on a regulation golf course. I used almost every iron in my bag on my tee shots today, ranging from 2I to UW. The 18 holes here average 167 yards per per 3, this is NOT a pitch and putt course.

The Bermuda tees were very near immaculate, few divots.

The Bermuda fairways and rough both were 80% lush with patches of hardpan.

The large bunkers look excellent aesthetically with beautiful, deep and plentiful silicone sand. Nicely manicured around the edges and freshly raked

The Bermuda greens and aprons are very nicely maintained. The greens are firm and putted medium speed, very typical of Bermuda green conditions for August.

Nice course, the customer service has been excellent every time I have played here. Definitely recommended.

Second time I’ve played in the 3 weeks I’ve been in Coachella Valley. Awesome experience both times. Had the course to myself yesterday and only payed $17+, thru GolfNow. It’s worrh much more than that by far!!!
The fairways and greens are in super good condition and well manicured. It’s also challenging. You think pat 3 courses might be easy. Guess again. At least a half dozen holes are in the 200 yard range or over. Lots of hazards too.
I’d recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a good, challenging round of golf in a beautiful setting with all the amenities and a super good price.

I recommend this course. Great par 3. Extremely well maintained. We were practically alone on the course.

We were stuck behind a foursome that seemed to think that ready golf was a foreign concept. Parked in front of greens (on the cart path), never knew what club they were going to play except for their putters, visited with folks in the houses along the way, etc. In other words, as frustrating a foursome to be stuck behind as you could imagine. If each one cost a minute per hole it adds up to 76 added minutes to a round! For residents who were clearly regulars on the course (friends in the houses) this is totally unacceptable conduct that inevitably puts this beautiful executive course down the list of “gotta come back” courses.

He would play this course again.
