You get some good value at Glancaster for what you pay.
The course is typically well maintained and the greens are well manicured, although I find that the front nine isn't as enjoyable to play as the back. As a fan of mature courses, the front nine leaves me wanting a few more trees as it can feel like a new course at times. The back nine is played primarily into the forest and has a couple challenging holes that require accurate tee shots to avoid straying into the forest. You'll also find a nice finishing hole on 18 at as you shoot your approach over water onto a well guarded bunker green.
All in all, if you're looking for a reasonable round of golf at a good price, give Glancaster a shot!
