Whether you golf or not, go for the food!
Beautiful country setting with wonderful staff!
Best public course I've been on for the money. Golf moves along, the course is well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. I joined the men's association this year after discovering this course last year. Fair, but challenging course, tough greens, especially on the shorter par 4's so don't be fooled by the yardage.
Great food and beverages once you finish up too!
Hidden gem! Extremely well maintained, challenging ups and downs. GPS on carts. Last course I played on like this was in LA. Good food too. Really surprised.
Great golf with little management interest. No rangers, small group events with no local PGA pro management, excess time to play golf. Even had us mixed in to the local tournament which had no management from the local pro. No one gets a discount not even locals so suggest many other CT courses that are less expensive, friendlier, and better managed for time and pace of play. Restaurant is recommended but that's not why most of go here.
I'm not a duffer, so this is just a restaurant review.
Menu is very extensive. I would have enjoyed any meal listed. Prices are very reasonable. The meals we had were perfect! The chef came to our table to
see that we were all taken care of. It was a great experience. Been here twice already and each time was wonderful.
