Elmridge Golf Course

We played the Blue & White course. The course was in very good shape, a lot of roll on the fairways. Yes, the greens were fast, but putted true. Pace of play was excellent for the first 10 holes, then my partner and I ran into a foursome that thought they were playing the pro tour. They would not allow us to play through, this is not the courses fault! It's four inconsiderate players (you know who you are, the carts had the U.S. flag on one & the Canadian flag the other). Met the pro Chris Medeiros, he was very friendly, as was everyone we met who worked there! Fun course to play. I will be back to play again. No comment on the amenities, as we didn't go in the restaurant after. Thanks to Chris and everyone at Elmridge for a good day!

He would play this course again.

Price is reasonable. Fairways are groomed. Greens are smooth and true. 27 different and interesting holes.
Pro shop is helpful and friendly. The 19th hole is comfortable and pleasant.

All and all a great golf place with good value. I love it!

He would play this course again.

Having grown up in Stonington and played Elmridge hundreds of times as a kid, I will play it annually when back for summer vacation. It’s always been a good value course - tees, fairways and greens in good shape and rough, well rough. That’s what I found when I played today. But the big change - the staff was friendly. It was always a running joke that from the pro shop to the on course workers, everyone who worked there was in a bad mood. But something has changed. Pro shop was super nice, starter joked with me, guys cutting tees and sweeping greens struck up conversations. Not that big of a deal but compared to the “old days” it was nice.

He would play this course again.
