I like this course a lot. Super fun to play, super friendly staff.
This is my first review of a golf course so I'm not sure how to approach it, but I'll give it a shot. First off, this is the same course that is often called "The Heights" or "Hubbard Heights" by people in the area, previous name I suppose.
This course offers free green's fees to active duty military, as well as occasionally comp'ing the cart fee as well, which is completely awesome of them. The staff here overall is very friendly and helpful and I've never had a bad experience with any of them. They make every effort to make sure you enjoy your day.
Next, on to the course itself. Not the best maintained course in the world, greens can be kinda iffy and the teeboxes are often a bit messed up. However, the course is really well designed and is really picturesque and naturey. We see deer and other critters here while playing all the time. Also, this course is one of my favorites to play, I love the variety of holes here and the flow is really nice. My personal favorite is the par 3 hole 3.
Can't wait to head back now that the weather is starting to warm up.
