Course was beautiful although sand traps need help. Staff was great without exception. Green fees were very fair for a course of this quality although fee for rental clubs a little pricey $(70). Two club members invited me, a single, to play with them. Lovely couple.
The entire Marriott was beautiful. I would highly recommend it.

He would play this course again.

Rode the Blacks (6627/71.9/130) as a single in less than 3H in sunny, fairly calm conditions around 90.

The Ted Robinson design is up/down rolling hills with many raised green complexes and numerous tiered greens plus a generous amount of water & sand to avoid. Not overtly tight overall, but there are places you need to be precise around and over water. The course is still in solid, late spring condition.

The tees were lush, level with hardly any unfixed divots.

The fairways were mostly lush and well maintained, transitioning to summer Bermuda.

The rough is mostly mowed down but still difficult to play out of because of the thickness.

I was not in any sand traps but they looked okay.

The greens consistently putted medium speed and were VERY firm. Hardly any ball marks because of the firmness, they rolled nice.

The customer service was excellent from all encountered. Ample water stations every few holes on the course. Better than average course for the greater Palm Springs area. Recommended.

He would play this course again.
