Played 9 holes here with work. I know nothing about golf but the course was a little small. But maybe thats because I out drived almost all the holes including dropping one in telegraph on the 9th. So i would avoid parking in that section of the parking lot. Banguet food was okay but nothing special. The steak was surprizingly rare. Also if you were to bring beers with you and wanted them to match what they sell i would suggest labat blue, budweiser, heineken and corona. There were more beers but i can't remember.
Was here last Friday for some Spring golf. My wife and I like this course because she and I can play together and no one gets frustrated. They were running a special for 9 and a cart for a really cheap price. Course was a little damp in spots but greens were in excellent shape.wow!
the managment staff for the banquet room is absolutely horrible.
lets just say, during the day in the summer, you can sit on the patio between 'tee times' or whatever for a meal. obviously, you want it quick. you want to enjoy looking at the beautiful landscape and fountains. you do not want to hear the cook screaming through the screen door of the kitchen. you don't want to hear her menopausual sympthoms or her problems with the world. you don't really want to know (but you do) that she's delaying cooking your food simply because she wants to. you don't really want her to say (in response to your request for extra dressing/sauce) "tell her fat ass she doesn't NEED any more sauce!"
there's much more i could tell you, but believe me, you really don't want to know.
but don't eat the hot dogs from the snack shop. the one and only time i did........i threw up for days. DAYS.
this place gets one star for the beautiful landscape. but the banquet hall/resturant ruins it all.
nice shorter course right by Airport. Friendly staff go out of their way to make everything right.
