yeah its ok, it could be a lot better, but that would probably drive up the price....or maybe the grounds keepers are ok with the way the course looks.
like many things it's convenient, it's close to the water, and it's at least average, so I'll keep going back.
Like the other reviewers I would agree the course is pretty forgiving, and usually packed with lots of people who are just trying to figure out to swing .... consistently .... at the little round white object.
Don't be in a hurry, it just wont work here!
I like the course. It's pretty wide open and built for us golfers with lesser skills. That being said with lots of beginners out here, there are some very slow golfers (I wish some people would learn some golf etiquette). The course is well maintained and the rates are pretty reasonable, especially during the summer when they drop rates (assuming since the snow birds left). They also run a deal on driving range buckets during the summer too. I like the driving range but it is always very crowded. Sometimes you have to kill a little time before you can get an open spot. The club house is pretty small and they don't have a full bar, but hey it's a municipal course.
Nice muni.open long and playable.nice pro shop and a driving range and snack shop.course is In good shape and greens are fine.there mangroves and plenty of different birds here.the course is playable and enjoyable.the only complaint is that it can be a little slow.i play here every year that I come down to Florida.you won t be disappointed if you come.
Perfect municipal course. About 6,200 yards from the white tees. Rates are incredibly reasonable in summer season. Open and forgiving layout and greens are typically in good shape. Lots of golfers play this course, so don't expect a round under four hours, more like four and a half. Good driving range, but busy. Clubhouse is small, but hot dogs are large and delicious. Also, great prices on the beer cart. Enjoy.
