Best gate guarded community in the states!
Their customer service leaves much to be desired.
Everytime I've called to reserve a tee time (yes, until recently everything had to be done over the phone instead of online!) or with a general question they are not helpful and seem annoyed that I am disturbing them.
I'm glad that they finally started using an online system for booking tee times, but it doesn't work properly. I wanted to change my reservation and had to call to do so as the change/cancel feature wasn't working.
I've left 3 voicemails regarding a member billing question (after no one answered their main line during the hours they state they are open). No one has called me back.
For a business that should revolve around customer service....
I was here for a business golf tournament. Granted I've only been to maybe 4 courses before, but this course was BEAUTIFUL! The best looking course I've played to date.
The lobster and steak dinner was delicious and all perfectly cooked.
Staff was very nice, loved everything about my experience here!
Enjoyed almost every aspect of the facility, from valet, golf shop, and dinning. Some of the most engaging and friendly staff I've experienced at a private club of this level. Golf course plays long, with good bent/poa greens, and overall design similar to area course.
food is great. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable of wine. The course is fun and challenging. Went with a friend who is a member, no pressure to join.
