Went here for an event a dental office was throwing, and they did a wonderful job- it looked like a wedding reception.
Only thing is.. this place is slightly pretentious but overall really nice. Would love to come back again, but since Coto has a gate keeper for the entire city, it doesn't look like I'll be able to visit any time soon again unless I become a stepford wife.
You know, I almost always like dinner at the club, but this time was exceptional. Our server (Chase) was friendly, helpful, all of the great attributes you would want. The food was great. Everyone had exactly what they wanted and everyone thought the dinner hit the spot. What made it exceptional was the how unassuming it was; relaxed and comfortable. Maybe it was us, maybe it was them. Probably both of us. Great none the less. We'll be back!
Very disappointed with the work out facility. There is rarely any employees in the work out area to assist with the never ending number of machines that are not working properly. If a trainer is on the floor they are usually training someone and cant be bothered. Front desk is overstaffed for making smoothies but floor employees (trainers) are understaffed. In addition you really cant tell who is a trainer as no one wears name tags or uniforms or shirts like other clubs. The group classes are over crowded and members come in after class has started wanting space. There should be a limit to the number of spaces. Instructors are often a no- show which has been a real problem lately. Since I have already paid for membership there is no consequence to these actions. I can go elsewhere but loose the money I have paid Coto and have to pay again. Please try running the place like a real health club.
4 machines down as usual. The equipment is substandard for the membership dues we pay.
I had my daughters wedding here and Sarah was great at making our day special.
The customer service was amazing. My guests still comment on what great service it was.
