As a roadie for a DJ, I worked a wedding reception here.
The floors and minimal decor of the room was nice. There are trees everywhere. Parking is fairly easy. The food was very good.
You have to do all the set up of the decor yourself. You also have to take it all home with you.
The staff seems a bit reluctant to do anything, but then we worked a Sunday, so it could have just been a long weekend for them. Much of the rest of the building looks a bit worn, but there is renovations going on. Sound travels very clearly from room to room, so anyone who has hired a DJ will have everyone else hearing all of their music. If there are two DJ's, there's several points where the two can be heard simultaneously.
Parking is easy, location is easy to find.
I played the course the other day. The valley course. I really liked it. Flat, with some interesting holes, and not a lot of water.
Only complaint is that the staff has a bit of attitude and treats you like crap unless your a member. Oh well. Someday I'll afford to be snobby.
one of my best friends got married here and it couldn't have been more perfect! just gorgeous. to get there you take this drive up this little winding road up the hill and when you get to the top, its like arriving at a castle. you're up so high on the hill so the views are great and the service here was impeccable.
