This is probably the best course throughout the Valley. Very challenging, well maintained and a lot of character. You definitely have to bring your A game. When the greens are rolling fast it can be pretty brutal. Really nice carts with GPS. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite public layouts in the Fresno area.  It has only improved after it was purchased by Table Mountain Casino.  The course is well maintained and will not disappoint.

The carts include GPS, so you always know how far you've hit it and how much you have left to the pin.  In fact, the GPS shows you where the pin position is on every hole.  But, Big Brother is watching.  If you stray off into an area where you are not supposed to be, the GPS tells you to back up and get back to civilization.  If not, you will not be allowed to drive forward.

The driving range is not my favorite.  It is from an elevated tee position, so judging your distances can be challenging.  But, if all you want to do is take a few swings to shake the rust off, then it will suffice.  Just make sure you arrive early, because the driving range is located between the 3rd and 4th holes.  Not very convenient.

I had been warned of the difficulty of this course but felt I had to test my skills against it myself. My impression? This course is Brutal! I am a novice golfer so my perspective may only be of value to another high handicap player, but from my point of view this course is difficult beyond reason. The fairways and greens are impeccably maintained. But some of the greens are so severely sloped as to render them nearly unplayable. A hooked or sliced drive usually means digging for another ball out of the sleeve. (Bring several sleeves.) The cool stuff, like the GPS/Ipad display in the cart and the complimentary water bottles all add to the sense of a high-end course. The well-stocked pro shop is staffed by courteous, friendly and knowlegable staff and the on-course beer lady is cute and timely. But even with all the nice amenities I doubt I'll be back soon. I came home licking my wounds for the humility lesson this difficult course handed me and looking for my slippers and a good stiff drink!
