With the Yoga For Golfers starter pack, each student will
• Learn a dynamic warm up sequence for play and practice, includes a golf bag sequence card.
• Learn a breathing exercise for releasing tension and resetting mental focus on the course and on the range.
• Have a video assessment of balance, rotational flexibility, core strength, & lower body stability (critical components of an efficient, effective, consistent, & repeatable swing).
• Identify opportunities for maximizing your body’s potential to play golf better, longer, and with increased enjoyment.
